Heather has immersed herself in learning all aspects of business in her 13-year insurance career.
She served as the head of the Public Relations committee and participated in the Young Agent committee.
In 2018, Heather was awarded Young Agent of the year amongst the independent agents of Iowa.
In 2019,Heather became a certified coach through the John Maxwell program and a DISC consultant.
Heather loves teaching the DISC method to business owners to show them how to effectively communicate with their team.
She loves to assist in the hiring and placement process and facilitate team bonding.
Anthony Bower
Executive Coach
Anthony has served in many organizations as leader and manager and is loved and respected by all who work closely with him.
From being raised in a Mennonite home with healthy work ethic, working with his dad in construction from little on up, owning and operating a couple of small businesses to working for and serving in management roles for multiple businesses, Anthony found that his greatest success is helping others define and achieve theirs!
Anthony is always eager to learn from anyone he can and implements that in his ability to lend somone a listening ear and lead with servant leadership. His goal is to help you, believe in yourself and reach your full potential by working with, time management, financial organization, spending habits, identifying limiting beliefs, personal accountability and implementing systems and processes!

Ken Fisher

Ken Fisher is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in sales, sales management, and business management. His journey has spanned various roles, including Executive Sales Director, at notable companies such as 84 Lumber, Georgia Pacic, Gunton Corporation (Pella Windows), Service Star/True Value, and IB Roof Systems.
Ken’s mission revolves around continuous personal and professional growth. Ken is dedicated to not only advancing his skills but also nurturing the next generation of business and sales professionals.
Gary Bontrager
Certified John Maxwell Coach
By age 22 he started his first business. And has been self-employed from that point on. He currently owns and operates multiple growing businesses.
Through those experiences, doors opened to help others reach their potential and gain clarity in reaching their life goals. Gary is a John Maxwell Certified Consultant and a DISC Coach. Gary will consult one on one, in small group sessions, and in public speaking, as well as with couples. A top priority of GBC is focusing on mental strength, in order to gain a positive mindset to achieve and maintain personal happiness.
We provide business owners and individuals the tools to Learn, Grow and Succeed. We assist in establishing systems and processes to facilitate controlled growth, stability, and clarity in life and business. Seeing individuals realize, achieve, and then surpass their goals is our passion.
Ray Gage
Mindvalley Certified Business Coach and Executive Coach
Ray Gage was an entrepreneur and sales leader in the insurance industry for 34 years. He worked with clients daily of all sizes, ranging from start-up businesses to firms with over $500 million in yearly revenue. With a specialty in worker’s compensation and safety, Ray worked with clients to integrate programs on a more holistic basis than what is done at most traditional insurance practices.
At the tender age of 55, Ray realized that a change was necessary to fulfill his desire to help others start or continue their journey to reaching their potential. He was surprised to realize that it would require a cliff dive to get there.
After retiring from insurance, Ray carried his experience into the coaching & consulting field. He is now a Mindvalley Certified Business Coach with certificates in Fundamentals of Coaching, Coaching Competencies, and Impacting Leaders. He brings a unique perspective to his work due to his involvement with many different types of businesses and other professional organizations over the years.
Ray’s personal mission statement is “learning to show up better in my world so that I can help others learn to show up better in theirs”.
